Today's Thoughts: I am convinced that the ocean air, combined with beautiful sunshine and a beautiful scenery can motivate a person all on it's own, and makes exercising seem effortless!
Day 17 Weight: 168.9 lbs.
Weight Lost: -0.3 lbs.
Weight Lost To Date: 7.4 lbs.
Weight Left to Loose: 8.2 lbs.
Wii Fit Age: 41 (I'll take it!)
Today's Exercise: 2.5 hours
My workout included: Walking, in the sand.
Burned 700 calories - the equivalent of more or less 12 onion rings (410 calories) and 1/2 cup of salsa and 2oz of tortilla chips (310 calories). The calories burned were calories burned with activity outside of wii recorded in my Activity Log.
Water Intake: 4 - 16oz bottles of water
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs (Late breakfast)
Snack: - -
Lunch: 3/4 cup of spaghetti with meat sauce and a Persian tomato salad (late lunch) Snack: - -
Dinner: 1/2 cup Persian rice, Chicken with vegetables- like a stew (also Persian). One Word... Delicious!

Today's Summary: Loosing .4 pounds is better that nothing... If anything it keeps a spring in my step. It makes it for a positive day! Including my three mile walk that I had set as a goal yesterday.!! YES!!
Tomorrow Goal's: To walk another three miles. I wish I could get back on my wii (I don't want to completely take over the family tv) ... but I am honestly enjoying doing a more natural exercise and enjoying and soaking in my paradise!
Health Tip of the Day: Even if your family is forcing you to eat a ton of food... eat very, very, very slowly... you will get full fast and eat half as much, and your family will get tired of waiting for you! LOL!
